It may be useful if you have one initial jump page for contributions. On the left hand tool bar, it lists "Contribute Now" and it's also listed in the paragraph on the right of the home page. When you click on Contribute Now, you have many of the same information categories shown on the bottom of the home page, but not all of them so there is a break in consistency.
It may be less confusing to users if you have a main jumping point for contributing information and then have the drill down links from each linked item.
